What is the return policy?

What should I do if my order arrived damaged?
We’re sorry about that. Please email info@svoltabags.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll assess the issue and guide you through the next steps.
When will I get my order?
We process orders within 1-3 business days. You’ll receive tracking once your order ships. Delivery typically takes 2-7 business days.
Can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel, email info@svoltabags.com as soon as possible after placing your order. We’ll do our best to help, but cancellations aren’t guaranteed once an order has entered processing or shipped.
How long does it take to process my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as it's done.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
We're unable to modify shipping addresses once an order has been placed. If you need to make a change, contact us immediately at info@svoltabags.com with your order number and we'll check if a cancellation is still possible before the order is processed. Once an order has been dispatched, we're unable to make any changes.

How do I start a return?
Email us at info@svoltabags.com with your order number to request a return. If approved, we’ll send you a return label and instructions. Pack the item unused, with tags and original packaging, and send it back as directed. Return shipping is deducted from your refund.
