What should I do if my order arrived damaged?

We’re sorry about that. Please email info@svoltabags.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll assess the issue and guide you through the next steps.

When will I get my order?

We process orders within 1-3 business days. You’ll receive tracking once your order ships. Delivery typically takes 2-7 business days.

Can I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel, email info@svoltabags.com as soon as possible after placing your order. We’ll do our best to help, but cancellations aren’t guaranteed once an order has entered processing or shipped.

How long does it take to process my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as it's done.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

We're unable to modify shipping addresses once an order has been placed. If you need to make a change, contact us immediately at info@svoltabags.com with your order number and we'll check if a cancellation is still possible before the order is processed. Once an order has been dispatched, we're unable to make any changes.

We recommend double-checking your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase.

Can I return a gift?

Yes, gifts can be returned within 30 days of delivery as long as the item is unused and in original condition. To process a gift return, we’ll need the original order number to verify the purchase.

How do I start a return?

Email us at info@svoltabags.com with your order number to request a return. If approved, we’ll send you a return label and instructions. Pack the item unused, with tags and original packaging, and send it back as directed. Return shipping is deducted from your refund.

Product & Care

Do your bags come with a warranty?

Yes. All SVOLTA products come with a 2-year guarantee from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects or lack of conformity present at the time of delivery.

This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, improper care, or accidental damage. If you believe your item has a defect, email info@svoltabags.com with your order number and photos, and we'll help.

How do I clean my bag?

Taking care of your bag is simple. For regular cleaning, just use water and a damp cloth to gently wipe the surface. If needed, you may apply a small amount of mild soap diluted in water.

Avoid harsh detergents, bleach, solvents, or machine washing. Do not tumble dry or iron. After cleaning, allow it to air dry completely before using it again.

Are your bags water-resistant or waterproof?

Our bags are water-resistant for everyday use. They’re not fully waterproof, so we don’t recommend full submersion or prolonged heavy rain.

Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to mainland Spain and Germany. Stay tuned as we continue to expand to new destinations.

How long does delivery take?

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Use it to follow your delivery in real time directly through the carrier's website.

What if my order is delayed or missing?

If your tracking hasn’t updated or your order hasn’t arrived within 15 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please email info@svoltabags.com with your order number. We’ll review it with the carrier and help resolve it.
