Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your SVOLTA bag. If something isn't right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for orders shipped to Germany.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging. If an item is returned used, damaged, or incomplete, we may refuse the return or issue a partial refund.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different color or style, simply return your item and place a new order. Exchanges are only processed when an item arrives faulty or incorrect.


How to return

Email us at info@svoltabags.com to start your return with your order number. We’ll confirm the return address and instructions.
Customers are responsible for purchasing their own return label and shipping the return back to us. Please share the tracking number once shipped.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If your order included a promotional bundle, all items must be returned together. Items returned in a condition other than original may be subject to a partial refund, or may be refused. We do not charge a restocking fee.

SVOLTA is not responsible for damage or loss during return transit, so please pack your item securely.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. Refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

Original shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable, except when the item is faulty or incorrect.

Received something wrong?

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us at info@svoltabags.com before returning it. We'll make it right.

Exceptions

Final sale items, gift cards, and personalized or custom products cannot be returned.

EU customers are entitled to a 14 day cooling off period as required by law. Items must be returned unused, with tags and original packaging.
