Duties, customs, and international taxes are the responsibility of the customer (unless otherwise stated).

6. Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your SVOLTA bag. If not, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Returns and refunds are available for orders shipped to Germany only and are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags attached and in original packaging.
We do not offer direct exchanges, except for faulty or incorrect items.
Delivery fees, duties, and international taxes are non-refundable.
Final sale, custom items, and gift cards cannot be returned.
