All SVOLTA orders are processed within 1-3 business days from our warehouse. Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.

We currently ship to Germany. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on your location and the selected delivery method.

Standard shipping: calculated at checkout
Estimated delivery: 2-5 business days

Delivery notes

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier operations or circumstances outside our control. SVOLTA is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Uncollected or refused parcels

If a parcel is not collected, refused, or returned to sender, the original shipping cost (and any return-to-sender costs, if applicable) may be deducted from your refund.

Incorrect address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at info@svoltabags.com. If the order has already shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes or rerouting.

Lost or delayed shipments
